1. Who these terms are with

Recharge4Me is published by LumiTek Exchange (Private) Limited, a company registered in Zimbabwe of 5162 Mkoba 15, Gweru ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

Recharge4Me reads the recharge PIN printed on a prepaid airtime card using your device camera, and assembles the recharge code used by your mobile network. Depending on your device it either sends that code or opens your dialer with it ready to send.

3. What the app does not do

• We do not sell, supply or resell airtime, data or any other service.
• We do not process payments and never handle your money.
• We cannot credit, reverse, refund or replace a voucher.
• We have no access to your mobile account or balance.

Your airtime is purchased from your network or its dealers in the usual way. Everything about that purchase — its price, its validity, and what happens if it fails — is between you and your network.

4. Your responsibilities

• Check the PIN before sending it. Text recognition is not perfect, especially on a worn or badly lit card. The app always shows you the PIN first, and you are responsible for confirming it matches.
• Use the app only with cards you have lawfully obtained.
• Make sure the network you select matches the card. Sending a code to the wrong network will fail.
• You are responsible for any charges your network applies for calls or data used by your device.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that it will read every card correctly, that it will be available without interruption, or that it is free of errors. Mobile networks change their recharge codes and message formats without notice, and the app may stop working with a network until it is updated.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including a voucher that fails, expires or is wasted; a PIN sent to the wrong network; airtime credited to the wrong line on a dual-SIM device; any misreading of a card; or any interruption to your service. The app is free, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Networks and trademarks

Recharge4Me is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Econet, NetOne, Telecel, Cell C, MTN, Telkom, Vodacom or any other mobile network operator. All network names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referred to only to identify which recharge code the app sends.

8. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, decompile, reverse engineer or modify the app, or remove any notice of ownership from it, except where the law expressly permits it.

9. Installing outside an app store

The Android version can be downloaded from this website as an APK. Only install a copy obtained from this site or from an official app store. We accept no responsibility for a modified or repackaged copy obtained elsewhere. Verify the checksum published on the download page if you want certainty about the file you received.

10. Changes and availability

We may update, change or withdraw the app or any network it supports at any time. We may amend these terms; the current version always appears on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
